Mead Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Hot Honey

As part of our 6th birthday we have teamed up with stout kings @emperorsbrewery. 

We blended a lovely mild fermented cayenne chilli hot honey with one of Damien’s new chonky stouts brewed with 12 different malts, including chocolate wheat and flaked oats with honey in the boil, then aged in honey mead barrels for 20 months. We were blown away with the level of depth this beer has so we’re honoured to be asked to knock heads with Damien & the team to create such a delicious sauce with it.

Ingredients: Blossom honey, Maple flavoured syrup, Cayenne chilli mash (chilli, salt, acetic acid), Apple cider vinegar (SULPHITES)

Barrel aged imperial stout: (MALTED BARLET, WHEAT, FLAKED OATS)
